Happy Easter!

Well, it’s 3:00AM on the dot… and I’m awake and wandering… or blogging however you may see it. I got to talking to some old friends and then meandering on MySpace, the searching for people I used to know and alas it has sparked a writing frenzy.

So, I was asked a question by someone on MSN who hadn’t spoken to me in two years. He said, “What’s new?” to which I replied, “You haven’t spoken to me in TWO YEARS, could be a LITTLE more specific…” Alas, an update.

  1. University
Uni always seems to get the spotlight… I have had a productive weekend starring at the computer screen with intermittent naps. I mean, what else was I supposed to do –dig for Easter eggs in the snow?! I’m currently working on:

§ Research Paper

§ Japanese Essay

§ Kyokushin Karate Field Test

§ Pretending to study

  1. Boys
I have decided to announce to the world that I AM STRAIGHT. As I was swiftly waddling to the bus the other day there was a large creature in my path. The back-pack this creature wore was covered with pins and insignia that I couldn’t make out until I was closer. The all bore homosexual symbols and various other statements of the sort, one saying, “I love boys!” to which I though, so do I.

This beast was slow and bulky so I overtook it on the path and climbed onto the bus. Before I knew it the beast too was getting on the best, the best who I though had thought was a female was actually a male. I dare not say “man” for I might insult it.

Honestly, at what point did I miss the lecture that said, please state your sexuality on your backpack and make sure everyone you know, knows your sexual preference. So, until I can find a pin that says, “I’m STRAIGHT” I’ll let you all know, I, too, like boys. Particularly, my boy.

  2. Work
I am still working 12-hours a week tutoring a girl with Down’s syndrome. It’s a fun job for the most part. I shall continue this job into the summer in the evenings, while I work as a mercenary –oh, I mean a research assistant at the U.

  3. The End is Near!
Finally, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have set up my life until I graduate, which as of right now, should be April of 2008. It has been a long, long, loooong haul, but at times rewarding which is always worth it. My last year should be something similar to the following:

Fall 2007:

i. PEDS 490 – Professional Practicum (Part-time)

ii. JAPAN 401 – Advanced Japanese I

iii. PEDS 302 – Human Motor Control

iv. PEDS 306 – Advanced Biomechanics

Winter 2007:

v. PEDS 400 – Gross Anatomy

vi. PEDS 440 – Advanced Athletic Therapy Methods & Techniques

vii. PEDS 402 – Human Factors of Ergonomics

viii. PEDS 497 – Cardiorespiratory Physiology

ix. JAPAN 402 – Advanced Japanese II

For once, I am registered in ONLY classes that I am interested in and want to take, so it should be a fruitful year! Not to mention, I'll have a few letters behind my name and a useless piece of paper!

  1. Malaysia
As it turns out; there may just be a fantastic trip to Malaysia in the up and coming months. Hopefully, my job will work out and my lovely Adrian, and his daddy and possibly brothers and I are going to go to Malaysia. Ady’s dad has kindly offered to take me to Singapore which is so fantastic! We are going to go to KL and I get to go into the Petronas Towers!!!! Afterwards, we are going to go to Japan for a while which couldn’t make me happier! So here’s to hard work and hoping!

  2. Bed.
That’s where I’m going it’s not 3:29AM. Oh, the insanity. Night Love You!
